Arnis Hiseni

Arnis Hiseni is a founding partner and director of the firm, bringing over a decade of financial expertise spanning private equity, family offices, and personal client advisory. An ACCA-qualified accountant, he combines technical precision with strategic insight, shaped by years of hands-on experience with leading firms including Sun Capital Partners.

His career has seen him work closely with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients alike, advising on matters ranging from investment analysis to structuring and long-term financial planning. Arnis developed his sharp analytical edge during his academic years, graduating top of his class in Economics and quickly becoming known for his fluency with numbers and data-driven thinking.

Today, Arnis leads with a calm, client-focused approach. He is particularly passionate about helping clients see the bigger picture - whether through smart tax structuring, business forecasting, or tailored investment strategies. At the core of his work is a genuine commitment to clarity, trust, and long-term value.

Majlinda Zymeri

Junior Accountant | AAT Finalist

Majlinda Zymeri brings a thoughtful and diligent approach to her work in accountancy, shaped by both her diverse background and practical experience. Originally from Stuttgart, Germany, Majlinda began her professional journey in the healthcare sector, studying and specialising in geriatric care. Her early career instilled in her a deep sense of responsibility, precision, and care - qualities that now serve her equally well in the world of finance.

Since making the transition into accountancy, Majlinda has steadily built her expertise over the past three years. She is currently advancing through AAT Level 3 and brings a growing technical proficiency to every engagement. Alongside her studies, she works in the finance department at Richmond Pharmacology, where she supports key operational processes with calm efficiency and attention to detail.

Majlinda’s move into accountancy reflects her natural analytical thinking and drive to continually challenge herself. Her quiet confidence, cross-sector insight, and methodical work style make her a valuable asset to our team and to our clients.

Team Accountant | CIMA Finalist

Erjon Hiseni is a trusted accounting professional known for combining financial precision with big-picture thinking - an ability clients say “sets him apart from the rest”. Currently a CIMA finalist, Erjon is nearing completion of his accountancy qualification, further underscoring the depth of expertise he brings to his work.

He holds a degree in Politics, Economics, and International Relations from Oxford Brookes University, where he developed a well-rounded understanding of global finance, governance, and economic structures - an academic background that continues to inform his strategic insight today.

Erjon has been a valued member of DLD Abbey for a number of years, where he works as an accountant across a portfolio of academic institutions. Prior to his current role, he gained industry experience with Acacium Group and Coyle Personnel, where he was quickly recognised for his attention to detail and ability to bring clarity to complex financial processes.

He has earned a reputation as someone who brings not just numbers, but real value to the table.
